Shipping policy

Shipping, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited or canceled. For changes, contact us promptly. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be made.

NAP, Nordic Art Pulse™, will address replacement or refund requests within 14 days of the order placement date. If a Product is missing or damaged, we will replace it upon verification. Refund requests should be directed to info@nordicartpulse.com and will be processed within five working days. Notably, refunds will not be issued for customer error in providing information. Regret-based returns are not eligible for refunds. 

Due to the personalized nature of the Products, there is no right of withdrawal after an order has been placed.
