Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nordicartpulse.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Edventor Svenska AB, Odengatan 11, SE-66233 Åmål, Sweden. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
If a Product is missing, damaged, or contains a print error, Edventor Svenska AB will replace the erroneous Product with a new one. To initiate the refund process based on the reasons mentioned earlier, contact info@nordicartpulse.com.

Refund requests will be processed within five (14) working days. For clarity, Edventor Svenska AB is not responsible for situations where the Customer has provided incorrect information, such as an incorrect customer name or address. In such cases, an extra payment will be applied.

A refund will NOT be issued for simply regretting a product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
